Dr. John Michael Schuetz

DNP, APRN-FNP · Doctor of Nursing Practice · Family Nurse Practitioner

Acute care · Emergency medicine · Primary care

Dr. John Michael Schuetz is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner based in Estero, Florida, with years of experience across acute care, emergency medicine, and primary care.

After years at the bedside, one pattern kept repeating: patients simply lack access to clear, understandable medical information. The Health Literacy Project was founded to change that — bringing practical, evidence-based health education directly to the communities that want it, so residents can become more informed, more confident, and better prepared to partner with their healthcare providers.

These presentations are educational only—they do not replace medical care, promote products, or provide individual medical advice.
